Female Fertility Clinic
What we treat
There are a number of gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis, uterine polyps/fibroids and disorders of ovulation (PCOS- polycystic ovarian syndrome) that can affect fertility. Here at the Rylon Clinic we offer a fast, effective and professional diagnosis and treatment services for these and similar conditions. Learn about our treatments and services below.
Our Approach
Pelvic Ultrasound London
A high-quality Pelvic Ultrasound by an experienced examiner is the primary investigation into women’s reproductive health. This is the very first step towards diagnosing all these conditions.
If you believe you may be suffering from, or have been diagnosed with; endometriosis, uterine polyps, uterine fibroids, ovulation disorders (such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (“PCOS”) then this may be impacting your fertility. Therefore early diagnosis and treatment are paramount. Treating these conditions may even avoid the need for further fertility treatment or investigations.
Private HyCoSy
(Fallopian Tube Patency Test) Procedure London
The Fallopian tubes are very delicate structures that connect the cavity of the uterus to the ovaries.
They are essential for natural conception. Previous surgery, pelvic infection or endometriosis can potentially damage the Fallopian tubes and prevent natural conception. Moreover, damaged tubes can increase the risk of ectopic pregnancy.
To check whether the Fallopian tubes are open we perform tubal patency testing (HyCoSy). This is a simple 45-minute scan of the fallopian tubes. The ultrasound-enhanced procedure does not require anaesthesia. We can tell you the results as soon as the test is completed.

Transvaginal Ultrasound
(Advanced transvaginal pelvic ultrasound scan with 3D and blood flow studies)
A transvaginal ultrasound is a medical imaging technique in which a probe is inserted into the vagina to visualise the pelvic organs, including the uterus, and ovaries.
This type of ultrasound provides clear, detailed images of the reproductive system, and is often used to diagnose conditions such as fibroids, dilated fallopian tubes, endometriosis and ovarian cysts.
A transvaginal ultrasound is safe, non-invasive, and painless procedures that can provide valuable information about the reproductive system.
3D Saline Sonography (Hydrosonogram)
A hydrosonogram or Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS) is a specialised type of ultrasound test that is used to evaluate the function of the uterus and fallopian tubes.
It involves the use of a transvaginal ultrasound probe and a small amount of sterile water, which is inserted into the uterus through the cervix. The water helps to distend the uterus and fallopian tubes, making it easier to visualise their structure and function.

During the test, the ultrasound probe is used to create images of the uterus and fallopian tubes, which are displayed on a screen. Mr Naji will look for any abnormalities or signs of dysfunction, such as blockages, scarring, polyps or fibroids. The results of the hydrosonogram can provide valuable information about the reproductive system, and can help us diagnose and treat conditions such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and infertility.
